The saga continues!
Howard K. Stern‘s appeal on DNA testing was rejected today and he was penalized $10,000, likely for bringing about a frivolous lawsuit.
This was just Howard‘s latest legal move to stall the legal process that puts him one step closer to possibly losing custody of Dannielynn. Last week he successfully stalled the inquest into Daniel Smith‘s death and the week prior to that he had to be court ordered to bring Dannielynn for DNA testing.
Meanwhile Larry Birkhead is doing all he can do at this point: Plan a nursery.
TMZ reports that this latest development will likely open the way for the unsealing of the DNA results for Dannielynn later this week.
