Shannon Price is apparently vying for the title of Most Tasteless Widow Ever.
Sources report that photos of Gary Coleman, bloodied and intubated, have been sold to a tabloid for five figures, with a cut of the profits going to Shannon Price. The kicker? The pictures were commissioned by Price herself, taken by the same production company she worked with for the interview shot just a few hours after Coleman passed. Price is reportedly posed next to Gary in one of the photos. Of course she is. I mean, I know when my loved ones are in comas, my first thought is,"PHOTO OP!"
The only saving grace—in the loosest sense of the word "grace"—is that a photo taken AFTER Coleman passed is not among those included in the five-figure deal. Perhaps she thought that would be tacky, or maybe she's just planning on selling that one to another outlet for more dough?
Former Most Tasteless Widow Ever, Anna Nicole Smith's widower Howard K. Stern, could not be reached for comment.
