The is she, isn’t she, continues for whether or not Mariah Carey is pregnant. At the beginning of June, MamaPop reported that it seemed likely Mariah was pregnant since she suddenly dropped out of filming Tyler Perry’s latest movie, ‘For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow is Enuf’, siting doctor’s orders.
Mariah’s husband, Nick Cannon, later sent some tweets asking us all stay out of their bidness:
“If & when my wife is ready to make ANY announcements about private matters she will do it personally. Thanks for being respectful GodBless.”
And,
“My heart goes out to any woman who has to deal with public scrutiny and speculation pertaining to their private life REAL TALK”
Nick and Mariah have since remained mum on the pregnancy front until this weekend when Nick Cannon reportedly chose to open up and say:
“Mariah is not pregnant. The timing has to be right. But I can’t wait to be a dad!”
So it sounds like Mariah isn’t pregnant. Or perhaps she is and Nick is saying that to get everyone off their back. Or maybe she was but now she isn’t. It’s all very confuzzling.
