With each passing day, this whole “scandal” sounds just as manufactured as The Hills and Heidi Montag’s face.
We have already reported that Spencer Pratt has threatened to release a girl-on-girl sex tape to rival the Kardashian files, lest Heidi agree to call off the divorce and do another reality show with his Douchiness, Sir Spencer of the Pratts. The “news” seems to suggest that Heidi is going to cave. And by “cave,” I really mean, “pretend like this wasn’t another scheme they’re both in on to further extend the fifteen minutes of fame they never should have gotten in the first place, goddammit.”
Yesterday, there were reports of Heidi and Spencer together in Costa Rica trying very hard not to be seen together so as not to be perceived as being somehow in cahoots, and reports from the Heidi camp insist they were there to exchange some dogs or something. I know if I’m sharing custody of canines, Costa Rica is always the most convenient place to transfer custody.
Now, further reports suggest Heidi has called a meeting with Vivid Entertainment’s Steve Hirsch to discuss the details of releasing the video. Apparently, Heidi just wants to hear some figures—like those made off the Kim Kardashian tape—and perhaps arrange a “back-end deal”if the up-front offer isn’t enough to satisfy Heidi.
I’d be careful letting phrases like “back-end deal” slip when you’re dealing in porn, Heidi.
I’d bet my original nose and breasts that this whole “Spencer threatens Heidi and she acquiesces to make things easier on herself” situation is and ever was a scheme concocted by both halves of the Speidi whole. What do you think? Is Heidi a victim of evil Spencer’s insatiable thirst for attention, or is she still his partner in crime?
