There were about a million different ways I could have said “boob job” in the post title. Breast augmentation, tata enhancement, filling up the funbags, refilling the milkjugs, the list goes on and on. But, the truth it, I just love with word “boob”.

In Tokyo, promoting her new film Burlesque,  with Cam Gigandet, Christina Aguilera lifted her arm to greet fans and what you see above is what everyone saw. That is one JACKED up scar.

But it is also, apparently a very common scar for a transaxillary endoscopic breast augmentation, according to the Daily Mail. Which is the procedure where implants are inserted through the armpit.

I’m just saying, put mine in through my eyeballs if it means I get to avoid those scars.

    Have you ever watched plastic surgery shows? Man they just beat the hell out of your body, like they’re stuffing a pinata made of skin. No wonder people are so sore afterwards. That scar is messed. up.

    Wow. That is one effed up scar! I’ve got a great rack, just so long as I can keep em in a great bra. Sure, I would like perkier ones, but not at that cost.

    Wow. And if I had? And I had a scar like that?? I’m not sure I’d be wearing a dress that would advertise it. AND, furthermore… do they not have surgeries to reduce the appearance of scars??? Does she not roll in it?? She could totally have paid to have that fixed.

    She was on Conan, and her boobs were all over the place. Much too big for her dress.

    Also? WTF with her hair? I think it’s fair to say that it’s a horrible wig. On the show, her part…didn’t look like scalp. Looked like that fabric they sew cheap wig hair onto. Perhaps some memorabilia from her movie set?

    OK…what the hell is going on with her? I just saw the movie, and she looked INCREDIBLE, boobs and all. She looks all a mess in this picture: too much make-up, bad had, crazy underarm scarrish thing going on. Wha?
    I heard some snark recently about how she seemed to have put on some weight since her split with Bratman (Bartman? What’s his name? Too lazy to look.) Not that I agree…(I mean, what, did she go from a 0 to a 4? GASP!)…but could that not be some kind of lipo scar?
