The fired Betty Ford center rehab worker who accused Lindsay Lohan of assault is sitting down and shutting up.

TMZ reports that Dawn Holland is dropping the lawsuit, will not cooperate with authorities in an investigation and also won’t respond if subpoenaed.

Maybe Dawn Holland is indecisive, or just does whatever the hell she wants all the time, like not responding to legal documents that only exist because she made a report in the first place. But my money’s behind door number two, where somebody with some scary information made a couple of phone calls and all of a sudden Dawn Holland was like, “What? What fight? I know nothing of at all of any altercation whatsoever. Good day.”

Holland’s lawyer Keith Davidson, backpedaling furiously, said that “A crime has quite simply not been committed by Ms. Lohan,” days after Holland claimed that Lindsay grabbed a phone from her hand in a drunken rage and sprained it.

Of course, this incident has already cost Holland her job and subjected the world to mental images of Lindsay in yet another catfight. Davidson prattled that as a fellow addict, Holland doesn’t want to do anything that would violate Lindsay’s probation or send her back to jail, except a few days ago that’s exactly what she wanted to do.

    And my money is on the, apparently invisible to everyone else, door number three. Namely that Ms. Holland made the whole story up for fame and money, then realizing pulling the con job off wouldn’t be as easy as she first thought, she changed her mind and is regretting her lame ass move. I mean, come on, this is got to be one of the most painfully obvious BS stories in a long time. Just because it’s aimed at Lindsay (and by a person with a record nearly as bad as Lindsay’s btw) doesn’t lend the accusation more credibility than it has~namely nearly none! I’m getting to the point to where I’m about to believe if Lindsay was accused of murdering a bus-load of school children most people would believe that too (regardless of lack of evidence whatsoever), just because Lindsay is Lindsay and apparently can’t do anything but wrong in the eyes of the public. Why bother looking at the facts of the incident, just jump to the conclusion of guilty untell proven innocent, that’s the American way, right? Oh wait, it’s NOT.
