It seems Charlie Sheen may be back on a WINNING path. Or something.
News broke this morning that Sheen is in negotiations for another TV show. The show, rumored to be a sitcom written specifically for him, could air as soon as January. Though Sheen has proven over the past months that he is a less than reliable employee, networks with dollar signs in their eyes cannot seem to resist the draw of this human train wreck.
Meanwhile, despite claims in the past that Charlie Sheen was abusive to her, Denise Richards is choosing to focus on the happier times with her ex-husband in her upcoming memoir.
Denise says there was a “beautiful love story between he and I.” One can only assume how much it must have soured for her to leave him while she was seven months pregnant, but I have to admire her forgiving spirit.
In his recent “Torpedo of Truth” tour, Sheen repeatedly called Richards a bitch, but she seems positive about the current state of the relationship. She remains hopeful they can “get in to a good place”.
I hope for the sake of their daughters, Sheen is finally getting his act together. Maybe all he needs is a stable job, a happy family life and some meds.
