Technology and good taste collided on Monday (July 25) when Tweetbox360 posted “Remember Amy Winehouse by downloading the ground-breaking ‘Back to Black’ over at Zune.” Apparently, Tweetbox360 is the official XBox 360 handle of the Microsoft gaming system for the UK market and not a Twitter feed about bird porn. Who knew?

After receiving a 21st-century dressing-down by fans of Winehouse and decency alike, Microsoft apologized for the tweet if “it seemed purely commercially motivated.”
