Over the weekend, singer Miley Cyrus tweeted a picture of what appears to be a new tattoo. This is presumably all part of her effort to look more and more like her brother Trace Cyrus. Or, in this case, (hopefully) to shed her inappropriate image and show her support of marriage equality.
Hearts and Equal Signs, y’all!
It’s a sweet gesture for sure; it’s just too bad it’s a terrible tattoo. I mean, is it just my own neurosis or are those lines not even frickin’ parallel? I’d have to keep a bandaid on my finger for all eternity, is all I’m saying.
But it’s sweet. Right? Miley even got into a short-lived twitter war (is it a war if it’s just one tweet?) with a fan dubbed “MileyCyrusLuver” when the girl started challenging Miley about her stance in support of homosexuality.
The fan started throwing around Bible passages and words like “incest” and “polygamy” in response to a EQUAL SIGN (which is clearly…sacrilegious?), but girlfriend was not having it, and threw in a “honey” for good measure.
Which, if we read the subtext here, is clearly code for “GOD IS LOVE YOU FUCKING BITCH”
