…and just in case you’re not dorky enough to get my lame Princess Diaries reference, what I mean to say is “Anne Hathaway is engaged to her boyfriend Adam Shulman.”

28-year-old Hathaway recently accepted the 30-year-old actor and jewelry designer’s proposal, following a three-year courtship that came on the heels of Anne’s very public breakup with ex-boyfriend/total skeeze Raffaello Follieri. Follieri, as you may recall, was too busy pleading guilty to 14 counts of money laundering, wire fraud, and conspiracy to be much of a boyfriend back in those days.
“Ayyyyy, I bang-ah the actress and I break-ah the law!”
(I have no idea if he talks like that. Just going for the cheap laugh here, folks.)
Shulman apparently designed Anne’s engagement ring and used only certified conflict-free diamonds, unlike the rest of us normal folks who prefer to have our unions sealed with blood diamonds from Zales.
“Oh, honey! You want to marry me AND you support the violent Liberian insurgency? Yes, yes, a million times yes!”
