Love me or hate me for it, you know that if Kristen Stewart and/or Robert Pattinson are in the news, I AM ALL OVER THAT MESS. And as it so happens, both of my beloveds fall into that category this fine Friday morning. The two acting professionals have been laying relatively low, especially Stewart, since their very public, heartbreaking, and earth-shattering (alleged) split. Since neither has confirmed a split, I, for one, like to keep hope alive. Glass half full, true love conquers all, et cetera, et cetera. Unfortunately, they were not seen in public together, but Kristen DID make a very loud (ish) public (y) plea for Rob to return to her loving arms.
So why don’t we start with Kristen, then!
Here, we see the starlet in LAX airport, on her way to the Toronto Film Festival to promote her flick On the Road. What’s noteworthy here, is that she seems to be wearing a t-shirt that, at one point last year, belonged to her beloved R-Patz. Observe:
What’s more is that this is the SECOND time in two months that Stewart has worn her ex-lover’s personal attire on her own adulterous flesh. At least, this time around, it wasn’t Pattinson’s sweat-stained baseball cap. (I mean, dude’s hot, but sweat? Is not.)
After her flight to Canadia, Kristen fortunately changed into something less awkward and upsetting as she dazzled in front of fans for the first time in what seems like EVER.
It’s pretty. Could use more Robert Pattinson, though.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the universe, Rob made an appearance at the MTV Video Music Awards to present the second (and FINAL!!1!!!11!!) clip for Breaking Dawn, Part 2.
(It looks…suspiciously less terrible than Part 1, no?)
Kevin Hart hosted the VMAs this year, and though I didn’t watch myself, apparently opened the show with a dig at the Robsten split. Thankfully, Pattinson hadn’t yet arrived at the theater, so he missed the comment and was able to carry on through the evening unscathed.
And some people say there is no GOD!
