Rumor: Katie Has Had Enough of Grandma Cruise

Does Tom Cruise doubt that Katie Holmes can take care of Suri, 1, by herself? 

First, Katie learned that Tom wants her to take Scientology "Mommy Classes". Now, she's discovered that Suri's live-in grandma of the last six months, Mary Lee, is a permanent arrangement. Katie has reportedly "had enough" of her mother-in-law living with her family and "feels watched".

A source tells In Touch:

"The problem is that...

...Tom’s mother is always around."

“Katie has been dealing with this for several months now and it’s starting to wear on her. No woman wants her mother-in-law looking over her shoulder, no matter how great the mother-in-law is.”

Meanwhile, FOX News is reporting that back in Florida, Mary's home of 20 years, her friends claim that she went to visit her granddaughter and never came back, without even contacting friends.

Says one friend:

"It is as if she died. She just vanished".

Hmm, this sounds familiar. Didn't Katie interview for "Mission Impossible 3" in 2005 and never return?

A mother in law is never a good live-in guest. a mother in law can come and visit (two weeks thew most). a mother in law can affect a relationship deeply and hurt a family by getting involved in things that don't reallt correspond to her. Leave them alone for God's sake. Beautiful suri has a right to be happy and NORMAL with her parents and relatives. Leave them alone!

God, how I hate meddling Monster in laws, I have one, and what a huge weight it is on us Daughter in laws to have to carry. I think Katie should seriously count her losses and get the heck out of there!! I was shocked when I first read about how she was to handle her newborn before she arrived, right there, I would have been out. So what if it was her dream at one time to date him! You people should just leave them alone! It's their life not ours! It's nice to hear about them because of their celebrity status but how much of what you hear is true? Just because of how Toms mother looks everyone is saying mean things about her. Well I have to say as a mother myself, if she was that bad Katie would leave! I think they must all get along good or they wouldn't be living together. Tom & Katie look cute together & baby Suri is adorable! It makes me feel bad for Tom & Katie & all the negative reports of their life out there. It must be horrible to pick up a magazine, or read on the internet, & have people bashing your mother, your child or anyone in your family.
