Kids These Days: Interviewing TMBG

Imagine being 8 years old and getting to interview They Might Be Giants. Now, stop imagining and go here to listen to 8-year-old Ella (who now has more "indie cred" than any 8-year-old on Earth) conduct a 20-minute interview with John and John. An edited version will air on this Saturday's edition of "Spare the Rock, Spoil the Child," an awesome weekly radio show/podast hosted by Ella and her dad, Bill.

I love "Here Come the ABCs". That's TMBG, right?

Here Come the ABCs is definitely TMBG. They're coming out with Here Come the 123s this year, along with another "adult" album. Can you tell I'm a fan?
I am impressed by the serious answers John and John gave Ella. That's gotta be great for her—when I was eight or nine I met my favorite author at that time and he kind of blew me off.

Oh, sheesh. I've just got to the part about graphic design. My nerdiness/career path is yet again vindicated!
