Anne Heche Loses Custody of Son
It looks like Anne Heche's estranged husband, Coley Laffoon, has been awarded full custody of the couple's five-year-old son, Homer. Anne was granted bi-monthly visitation rights and ordered to pay child support to Coley, who is currently receiving $19,000 monthly from Anne.
Coley, a freelance videographer, had been hoping to up that to $33,000 a month to keep up his "marital standard of living," but reportedly the amount he was awarded is a whole lot less.
The Superior Court ruling came after Coley claimed that Anne leaves their son with a progression of different nannies or her assistant in her trailer while filming her TV show "Men in Trees" in Vancouver. Anne is getting ready to return to Canada in order to begin production on season two.
I'm sure that will be a nice smooth transition for little Homer every month: Vancouver, L.A., Vancouver, L.A., Vancouver... Poor thing.

$19,000 a month? And he wants MORE? Oiy...I wish I had his problem. I hope the son doesn't get caught in between the two of them...poor kid.

The ideal solution? Cancel Men in Trees. The show sucks anyway, and then Homer wouldn't have to be the ping-pong ball in his parents' game.
