New Doctors in the 'House'?

Korbi from E!Online is reporting that there are three new characters signed on to work with Hugh Laurie next season on our favorite diagnostic team.

I’m hearing exclusively that Olivia Wilde (The Black Donnellys, The O.C.), Kal Penn (24, Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle), Peter Jacobson (In Justice, Transformers) and Anne Dudek (Big Day) have been hired for a minimum of eight episodes of the coming season!

I've heard no word yet on where Cameron, Chase and Foreman will be, but I'm having mixed feelings about this. While Wilde was great as Mischa Barton's first lesbian lovah on The O.C. - I'm thinking I'll have a hard time believing her as a doctor. And I like the original group! And I don't like change! And I'm going to sit here and kick my feet and scream until everyone comes back and is one big un-happy family again! WAH!

Who knows. (Sigh.) Maybe the old team will be back too? Ooh...ooh...and it could be some sort of gladiator-type physical battle for who gets to be House's team! The Oldies versus the Newbies. With full on body armor and shields! Or maybe a jousting competition? I could totally see that as pivotal plot point in some mid-season episode, how about you?

I'm with everyone voting for no change. And this is kinda off topic, but did anyone else see Cameron on some bridal magazine this month? I guess they're still getting married, huh?

I am kicking and screaming too. They are going to ruin my fave show!!

wow, the show's casting crew really has it's fingers on the pulse of actors I don't like. I've hated every actor they've put in to the shake up the plot (at least in the context of the show) - Trigger, Stacey, etc. I just don't want them to keep "shaking it up' like this - I like the formula - it works for me. It makes me happy. Waaaaaah to change.
