Hello Kitty Shames Naughty Cops!

Hey, remember those bumper stickers that say "Bad Cop, No Donut"? I love those. Think they're hi-larious and chuckle every time I see one.

I only recently learned that those are for a weekly radio show about police brutality and corruption. I know. What a drag, right?  My story is way better.

See, in Thailand, if you're a cop and commit a minor offense, like littering or parking illegally or the like, you have to wear a Hello Kitty armband and look terribly unmacho around the your fellow policeman, plus the public knows you're one of those too-big-for-your-britches po po.

And apparently the looking unmacho thing is most undesirable to a jaywalking copper in Thailand. Shameful, even.

All I know is you'd never see that dude from The Shield wearing one. Hell nah!
