An L.A. Judge Lays The Smack Down On Both Britney An K-Fed

With the custody battle still raging for both Britney and Kevin, Judge Gordon laid down the smack Tuesday ... and to both of them (not just Brit like I would have expected). For a partial list of their new rules, follow the jump!

While Perez breaks down the rules Brit herself must follow, some of the rules both she and K-Fed have to abide by are tremendous (as in, how long before they're all broken tremendous)!

• Neither Brit nor K-fed can take Sean and Jayden out of state without the written consent of the other.

• The exes cannot make derogatory statements about each other.

• Both parents must complete the “Parenting Without Conflict” program.

• Each party is restrained from using corporal punishment with the children or allowing anyone else to.

• They are required to engage in joint co-parenting counseling.

• Neither party may consume alcohol or non-prescription controlled substances 12 hours prior to taking custody of the children.

Who do you think will break the "no alcohol" rule first? My money's on Kevin.

Um, I meant their babies, not the babies that B and K are themselves.

Thank God someone is finally trying to do something right by those children and ensure their safety. I heard somewhere on TV yesterday that Brit will also have to take frequent drug tests without notice.

Hmmm....I can't say for certain who will break the no alcohol rule first. I mean, K-Fed has said his idea of a good time is a martini in one hand while hangin' out by the pool with the kids, but hell, Brit couldn't even stay out of the bars the same freakin' day that the judge laid down the rules!
