Fashion Week in NYC is a big event that is followed by people around the world. Stars come from all over to see what their fave designers are peddling that season and sure, the champagne is probably flowing and all that but judging from some of these photos, bongs were being passed around, as well! Seriously, is it just me or do these people look really high?
