Daniel Dae Kim Apologizes After DUI Arrest
What is up with the Lost cast? I have to admit that I don't watch this show, but the DUIs have become contagious. I was recently told that Hawaii has more drunk driving arrests than any other state. Based solely on the Lost cast alone, I believe this.
According to People, Kim issued this statement-
"I am deeply ashamed and embarrassed by the events of Thursday morning," the actor says in a statement to TMZ. "It saddens me to know that I jeopardized the welfare of the kind people of Hawaii, a community that I love and call my home.
"It is my intention to cooperate fully with the police and I am grateful to them for their sensitivity throughout this matter," Kim adds. "To my friends, family, colleagues and fans, thank you for your kind words of support. To those I have disappointed I can only ask that you accept my heartfelt apologies."
Kim has some company on the Lost set, Cynthia Watros and Michelle Rodriguez were arrested on DUI charges in 2005. Rodriguez is actually headed back to jail for not completing her community service and forging a document that said she did. She was sentenced 180 days in jail, and must serve THE WHOLE TIME.
I have never understood how people violate probation. Probation is a gift the Judge gives you. They do not have to do that, they are cutting you a break. The Judge I clerked for was nicknamed Father Back-time because if you violate, he gave you all your back-time. I actually agree with this. You are cut a deal, you don't comply, you deserve to go to jail. And to forge a document submitted to the court, well that's just ridiculous.

Daniel plays Jin. He of the mighty, mighty cheekbones.
The Lost producers should've included an on-call cast driver into the contracts for this season.

I call him Hotty McSexyPants. He is my drool factor on the show. Yum.
Wait - what were we talking about?

He is a sexy beast. It also helps that he doesn't really speak English, so we could speak the language of looooove. Sorry, that was awful.
