I'm Hopelessly Devoted to "Pushing Daisies"
A few weeks ago, I was complaining that the fall TV season just didn't look all that exciting to me, and that there didn't appear to be any ground-breakingly fabulous new shows. Still mourning the hole in my life left by Aaron Sorkin and the utterly disappointing Studio 60, I thought I'd never love TV again. Well, I was wrong.
Pushing Daisies has won my heart. Oddly, Sorkin's ex, Kristin Chenoweth (on whom Studio 60's Harriet Hayes was based), is one of the co-stars. And this week, she was kind of THE star, at least in this bizarrely brilliant performance of Hopelessly Devoted.

I love it too! And can't wait for Studio 60 on DVD.

Was Harriet really based on Kristen?? LOVE that bit of trivia. I was also one of the devotees of Studio. Sigh.
Love Pushing Daisies, and I just can't say enough about it. Kristen's Hopelessly Devoted was my favorite part of this week's show.

I LOVE Pushing Daisies. I typically don't like much of anything that the top networks find "funny", but this is great. They're extremely snarky/funny & yet entirely loveable.

Absolutely adore the lead "couple."
They are seriously the most adorable things on TV.
