Britney Spears "Just Didn't Feel Like" Attending Deposition

A source close to Britney told MSNBC regarding the missed deposition “Britney feels like this is a perfectly acceptable thing to do.  She did feel sick, but more than anything, she felt like she didn’t have to do something just because she was told.”

“She would do anything for those babies,” one former employee was quick to point out. “But she really doesn’t believe that she’s going to lose them. She’s not connecting the dots.”

Britney was spotted parking at the Four Seasons at 2 am the morning after the scheduled deposition.  Video is after the jump.

TMZ is reporting that Kevin's lawyer is going back to court and asking for the current order to be stayed, and for Britney not to be given any more visitation hours than she already has. A typical sanction for missing a deposition is not to be allowed to present ANY evidence.  ANY.  And attorney fees, which I'm sure she could care less about.

Oh, and there is always jail.

It seems that this has crossed the threshold of spoiled stupid celebrity to woman who is seriously losing her grip on reality. In a very sad, very dangerous way.

I can't even believe I'm going to say this - but I feel really bad for her. And also want to smack the shit out of her friends.

I'm tired of people blaming her friends and parents for all this BS. I have friends that do drugs and other stupid stuff; however I'm an intelligent human being who can make my own decisions. This girl is conscientiously trying to lose those children.

Why oh why can't the media including the the ever present photographers give us a Britney free week. No pictures, no articles, no following her around. Maybe once she sees that no one is interested in her anymore she'll get her ass in gear and start being a mother. Really, would anyone miss hearing about her nonsense or miss seeing pictures of her rapid decline?
