Kitty Wigs: O Rly?
Julie Jackson, she of the awesome Subversive Cross Stitch, has a new project that will be sure to light the cat-obsessed interweb ablaze: Kitty Wigs.
Two questions immediately spring to mind: 1) Wait...what? and 2) How the hell do you get the cats to keep the wigs on? Ms. Jackson does not answer these questions on the Kitty Wigs site, but I'm sure she's available for consultation. Also, dog owners need not feel slighted. huawigs.com will arrive in 2008 to help your chihuahua with all of his wig needs.
Personally, what I find amazing is that the cat in this looks almost exactly like my cat, if my cat were going out on Halloween as Lil Kim. Check it out:

I predict a lot of slashed-up kitty owners in the future if this takes off. My cat would happily watch me bleed and die before putting up with this.
And, yes, you are correct about your cat/Lil Kim.

Dude, it just depends on your cat's temperament. Mine quite enjoys her Pippi Longstocking braids. Check it:

And I only paid $5 for them.

As much as that made me laugh I think my cat would hate me forever if I got him a wig. Im thinking about a hoodie for him though!
