Britney's Adnan is a Male Model Enhancement Product Guinea Pig

So it appears that Adnan is more than just a paparazzo OR the dude who carries Brit-Brit's purse and then talks about it on Entertainment Tonight. He's diversified, y'all!

Turns out Adnan is on a test panel for SexHealthReview.com -- a site that...well, tests and reviews male enhancement products.

*cough*

Check out the panel bios and photos here. "Adnan G" and his trademark chin-thing are the third member down. He lists "filmmaker" as his occupations. Brit sure did snag herself a winner. AND his thoroughly enhanced penis.

Adnan says:

I work in "the" industry in Los Angeles and I know many of my friends use these products. Thought this would be an interesting opportunity to reveal the truth to many men worldwide.

According to the site's founder, the 12-member test panel (ha! see what I did there?) is comprised of men all over the world, but are "mostly the site’s faithful readers."

SexHealthReview was not setup to make lots of money. We set it up to teach and inform the many men around the world what is REALLY behind all of these advertisements and claims. The website is funded some pay-per-click ads around the site. Revenue from the ads helps us upkeep and update the site regularly.

The panel's members (oh! I am killing myself today) are rotated every three months, and the site does appear to regularly updated, so...yeah. Adnan Ghalib is a test monkey for penis products. AWESUM.
