Posh Offsets Husband's Insane Carbon Footprint With Recycled Penny Costume
Clanking around in Nicole Kidman's robotic footprints backstage after a Spice Girls show, Victoria Beckham set to demonstrating her efforts to offset her husband's huuuuge . . . carbon footprint. By wearing scrap metal!
Fox Sports reports that David Beckham has the most gigantic carbon footprint of any human being on the entire planet, ever, and maybe a couple of volcanos, too. Between earning a gazillion frequent flier miles traveling around for games and endorsement deals and whatnot, all the while nurturing a fleet of giant SUV's (to haul around the world's itty-bittiest wife), Beckham spews a record 163 tons of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere each year.
I myself, as an extremely average American, am said to contribute about 7.8 tons. Good lord, where does it all come from? I mean, I stopped smoking years ago.
Anyway, Posh looks nice, don't you think? In an animatronic gladiator sort of way.

Considering he has a tractor pipe in his pants I'm surprised his C-footprint isn't larger. Tractors to let off a LOT of emissions.

You're right, it's totally C3P0, I got thrown by the toga vibe coming off the Princess. But Posh's sandals are still kind of Gluteus Maximus.

If the SUVs are for transporting HER around, then isn't the "carbon footprint" from those SUVs half hers? And according to the linked article Posh did a heckuva lot of flying (and thus burning of fossil fuels), too.
