Pink Is Blue
So Pink and her motocross man, Carey Hart, are splitting up. And I totally believe it when she says that despite the break, their friendship has "never been stronger," because look at her! She's fucking PINK, she is tuff, she is funny, she's hurting, and she will beat the shit out of you if you come any closer.
Celebrity marriages come and go, some faster than others, but I had high hopes for homegirl when she stood next to a dirt track, where Hart was racing, holding a sign that said "WILL YOU MARRY ME?" on one side and "I'M NOT KIDDING!" on the other. Now that's a girl I can get behind.
But this leads to another question: is being friends better than being married?

I always thought that being friends AND being married was the way to go, but perhaps I didn't get the memo? Is my friendship with my husband going to be detrimental to my marriage? OH NOES!

Why am I sad about this when the writing has been on the wall forever? (You know like every album she ever wrote and every tabloid article ever written about the two.) Maybe I am sad because I too am friends with my hubby and now worried that it means that my ten year marriage is headed straight to hell too!!

It's too bad but not surprising. Breakup rumors have been circulating for ages. Is his tattoo shop show still on? I never see it anymore.
