Ashton Kutcher Robs The Dead

Well this is interesting: that new show of Ashton Kutcher's -- Pop Fiction -- that we've covered a couple of times in the past week? Yeah, well apparently that show is suspiciously similar to something Anna Nicole Smith pitched to E! back in 2004, and now Howard K. Stern is on the warpath, threatening legal action and other unpleasantness.

A written treatment of the proposed show obtained by TMZ indeed does sound pretty much like what Kutcher is now doing for E!:

"...what happens if Anna Nicole Smith and other celebrities turn the tables and capitalize off of the overzealous media? What if the next big supposed scandal is not a scandal at all? What if everything is staged, but the media (and the public) don't know it?" It continues, Anna Nicole and other celebrity guests take aim at the media and push all the limits."

Apparently E! rejected Smith's treatment at the time, saying it wouldn't work. I guess what they really meant is that it wouldn't work with a volatile trainwreck like Anna Nicole at the helm, huh? I SMELL LAWSUIT!

The above is "ONE UGLY PHOTO"..however it depicts ANS for what she was..an UNTALENTED MONEY HUNGRY DRUG ADDICTED "person" who was "bent" on a mission to "DISMISS" anyone who truly cared for her in favor of the "POND-LIFE" with which she surrounded herself before her death!
