"Is Bravo High?"
I couldn't think of a better byline, so I cribbed it from my encyclopedia to all things celebrities, tmz.com.
I have to admit that "Showgirls" is one of my guilty pleasures. Hilarious dance numbers, tacky costumes, Kyle MacLachlan and icy nipples. Whats not to like?
But who'da thought that Elizabeth Berkley would have her own version of a dance show on an actual television network? NOT ME, THATS WHO!
OH! OH! And she is joining C.S.I. Miami this season as David Caruso's character's ex-wife. Double ick.
Check out her website! www.ask-elizabeth.com !
If I could give this story a category of "celebrities", I would have.
Here is how Bravo describes this train wreck:
"Step It Up & Dance" is a reality competition series where contestants will learn what it takes to make it big in the cutthroat dance industry. Celebrated actress and dancer Elizabeth Berkley will serve as host and Emmy Award nominee and Tony Award-winning director and choreographer Jerry Mitchell will mentor the 12 dancers chosen from around the country, as they master every conceivable dance style, from ballet and ballroom to Broadway and burlesque.
I will probably miss this atrocity for several months until it is licensed

I wonder if NoDoze has a special endorsement deal.
