The Return of Project America's Next Top Chef!

Oh Top Chef, it feels like your last season ended 10 whole minutes ago. And yet you return! Again! Tonight! Hopefully with some really batshit cheftestants who like to abuse foam and foie gras.

Judging from their bios, most of them are currently working as excecutive chefs and most of them do have formal culinary training. There's a couple self-taught people mixed in, along with a sous chef or two. Whatever. Just make amazing food that makes me want to lick my TV and don't ever commit the sin of being boring. That's all I ask.

If there's enough interest, we'll host weekly open threads for Top Chef at MamaPopTalk. 10 pm ET, starting tonight! Now that American Idol is no longer sucking up eight evenings a week, make some room in your heart and belly for Top Chef! They have knives. One of these seasons one of them is bound to use one inappropriately.

that soduko thing makes my brain hurt. i will try to join in the mamapop talk thing, but i think i tried once before and i was too retarded to figure it out.

further complication: i am using a new key board--i call it the imac 'air' keyboard, for it is very thin. anyway, i haven't taken the plastic off, because i hate it and i want to take it back. so, the typing? it's not going so well today.

well, i ripped the plastic off of my new (hate it!) keyboard, but i can't remember my password and whatnot over at mamapop talk.
(i think i tried to register during last season of AI? it's been a while)
so, i thought i'd check in to say that i'm going to request new registration, or however it works, so there will be +1 next week...if you don't mind.
