Barron Hilton Pleads No Contest to DUI

It's no surprise when a Hilton is in the the news for a DUI.  But wait, it's not Paris, it's her little brother Barron.  (On a side note, how did Nicky get so lucky in the naming department.  They went with Nicky, Paris, and Barron?  Is it a coincidence Nicky is the only relatively normal one?  And Nicky is the middle child, isn't that normally the one who is the most screwed up?)

Barron pleaded no contest to DUI yesterday and possessing a fake id.  He was ordered to visit the L.A. County Morgue and attend 2 alcohol education classes. He was also placed on three years probation and had his license suspended for a year.

A second DUI count and a charge of being an unlicensed driver were dropped, the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office confirms.  I'm still not sure why he wasn't charged with underage drinking.  California supposedly has a zero tolerance policy for drinking and driving underage.  I'm not sure a visit to the morgue and 2 alcohol classes says zero tolerance.

Barron was arrested in February after he drove his car into a Malibu gas station employee and was found to have a blood alcohol level of .14 and in possession of a fake ID.

Hopefully he will do a better job than Paris and not drive for the year of the suspended license.  The Hiltons should be so proud.

Actually, Nicky shares her nickname with her great-uncle who was a total sleazebag (and Elizabeth Taylor's first husband). So she's not that lucky.
