Sam Lutfi Still Not Allowed Contact With Britney Spears, Britney Has a Huge Legal Bill

All Parties agreed on Wednesday to extend Britney's restraining order against Sam Lutfi.  Sam was not at the hearing, but a document was presented with his signature agreeing to the order.  You can read the order here.

Attorney Vivian Thoreen said James Spears, Sam Lutfi and Andrew Wallet, an attorney who is co-conservator of Britney Spears' estate, agreed to continue the hearing on the restraining order to July 31.  Sam Lutfi must remain 250 yards away from Britney at all times.  The order was requested by Britney's mother while Britney was hospitalized.

Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz transferred the matter to Judge Bobb's court because Sam objected to having a commissioner hear it instead of a judge.  I'm sure that will make a tremendous difference in the merits of his case.  Bobb is the supervisory judge for probate matters. Goetz will continue to handle the conservatorship of Britney Spears and her estate.

In a statement, Lutfi spokesman Michael Sands said: "Sam and the family are communicating and cooperating trying to do what's best for Britney."  I sincerely doubt that he is in communication with her family.  And can someone explain why exactly Sam Lutfi has a spokesman?  What does he DO, exactly?  Besides exploit Britney, that is.

In other Britney legal news, A Los Angeles court on Thursday ordered payment of nearly $400,000 to the numerous lawyers involved in all of the Britney Spears' matters, to be paid by Britney herself.  Odd thing is, all the attorneys have been working on the case for less than three months.
