Anything Jessica Alba Do, Tori Spelling Can Do A Few Days Later

As I write, this news is still just a rumor, but I'm guessing that - as was the case with the Jessica Alba story - it will be confirmed by posting time tomorrow morning. Who knew that the staff in the maternity wing at Cedars-Sinai hospital were such reliable gossip leaks?

Tori Spelling has given birth to her second child.

She reportedly had a scheduled C-section at 11am PST on Monday, and, apparently, was so filled with nervous energy that she redecorated her hospital room:

"The doctors told her to just relax in the hours leading up to her surgery, but she can't sit still. She is decorating her room with pink sheets and pink flowers (ed. note: gag gag gag) to make sure she welcomes her daughter into a warm environment."

Note the use of the present tense - that's how fast off the draw those Cedars-Sinai folk are with their gossip. I'm betting that that quote was texted by some nurse who was supposed to be swabbing Tori's belly or something. Why can't Angelina Jolie be surrounded by people like that?

Oh, right... she is, it's just that she's also surrounded by other people who swarm about shrieking LIES LIES LIES every time someone from the first group leaks something. Pity.
