Victim's Family Releases Video Hoping to Wordlessly Shut Hulk Hogan Up

Classy!

I haven't been closely following the legal drama surrounding Hulk Hogan's son, Nick, so this one slipped past my notice.

After Hogan spoke rather insensitively and/or stupidly about John Graziano, the young man who was devastatingly injured after Nick Hogan drunkenly drag raced his car into a tree, Graziano's family released a video showing what has become of him.

During his appearance on Larry King's show earlier in the month, Hogan made the mind-boggling claim that the accident was God's will and that it served to make Graziano a better person.

In response, Graziano's family released this short video of a day in his life. (Be forewarned that the video is pretty disturbing.)

I don't know, Hulk, what do you think? Is he a better person?

What an utterly messed up situation. I grew up in the 80s when Hulk Hogan was practically a god, especially in my wrestling-crazed little town. I always thought he was corny, but he seemed like a Good Guy, you know? Like someone who had morals...and maybe a heart and a brain.

And Graziano's story is just heartbreaking. He's an Iraq war vet. Can you imagine surviving that hell only to come home and end up in a vegetative state because of some drunk, privileged twit who likes to drive his toys real fast?

The only thing that anyone from the Hogan family should be saying is, "I'm deeply, deeply sorry." And THEN they should shut up and disappear from the public eye. Any other display is offensive and heartless.

Oh. My. God. I had no idea that this guy was essentially missing his WHOLE FUCKING FRONTAL AND RIGHT TEMPORAL LOBES. I can't even believe he's as "alive" as he is.

The Hogans nauseate me. To say this person is a "better person" now? Why don't they just directly spit into the faces of his parents?

And if that were my child I'm pretty sure I would find the little motherfucker who did that and kill him. Or chop half of his goddamn head off. As for the spoiled twit, the amount of fame or money you make should not be a precursor to how much of the law applies to you. Im glad that shit is in jail. he should be, and the only thing his family should be saying is "Im sorry we failed at raising a responsible child"

I just hope this whole thing teaches kids, if nothing else, not to let their friends do stupid crap like race their cars around public streets. Graziano made the idiotic choice to get into the car with a drunk person, and didn't even have the sense to wear a seatbelt. Please don't think I'm saying he "got what he deserved," because he was clearly the victim in this, or that I'm attempting to defend the Hogans in ANY way here, because I think Nick and the whole family have gone out of their way to be completely awful to the Graziano family.

I think this whole thing is just such a sad story, and I feel awful for Graziano's family.

...and did you see that now Brooke Hogan is getting her own show? Where she is showing her boobs and dancing at a stripper pole? GREAT role models her parents turned out to be.

I watched the video, thinking that my career background could separate me from the tragedy of the situation. I was wrong. To survive a war unscathed and have this happen...and then for his parents to have to hear in the national media that he should "be a better person for it" makes me violently ill. I hope that little shit rots in prison, and gets the full prison treatment. Sickening.

Oh. My. God. I had no idea the extent of John's injuries, and I am absolutely DISGUSTED with the Hogan family's failure to recognize that their son is responsible for this. HOW is that poor man still alive?! The Graziano family couldn't have *spoken* more clearly than they did in releasing this video. 'Nuff said.
