Friday Eye Candy: Monday Edition: Girl Crush Update
Okay, so I can't believe that I've never told you this. My biggest girl-crush? Bigger, even, than Tina Fey? AMY SEDARIS.
LOOOOOOVVVVVE. Don't even get me started on all the reasons why. Strangers With Candy. Her rabbit. She's adorable. That I Like You book. The fact that she made nipple tassels out of David Letterman's shoe bling.
And now? SHE'S GETTING HER OWN SITCOM.
*fanning self*
Between her and Tina Fey, I will have no reason to ever turn the television off, ever.
After the jump - Amy Sedaris models nipple tassels and talks rabbit and her new TV show. And, for good measure, links to clips from this weekend's Saturday Night Live - yeah, the one with Sarah Palin - in which Tina Fey worked her magic and Amy Poehler convinced me, with her Sarah Palin rap, that she's a contender for Amy Sedaris/Tina Fey level crushdom.
(God, I wish that there were embeddable SNL clips to put here, but NBC is being, you know, greedy about their property 'n shit.)
Tina Fey meets Caribou Barbie.
Amy Poehler raps, yo.

Did you see her on Martha Stewart? That was one of the funniest things I've ever seen!
She's a cutie for sure...

Amy Poehler's rap was about the funniest thing I've watched on SNL in a while...

Amy Sedaris is my hero... she's one of the few celebs with a house rabbit that actually tries to educate the public about what living with a bunny is like! She's a wonderful friend to the House Rabbit Society.

We went to a show of hers in DC last year and she was beyond hilarious - I had to drag my husband along, but he had a great time once she started. Can't wait to see her sitcom!
