EXCLUSIVE: William Shatner's Explosive Response To JJ Abrams' Star Trek

William_shatner_as_captain_kirk_sta

I'd like to take a moment here if I may, and directly address my fellow Star Trek geeks. The rest of you? Go... err... leave some comments about how much you hate Speidi or something (Oh, don't we all? And can you even believe that she married him? Girlfriend needs a serious intervention, yo.). We'll catch up with you norms in a minute. Go on now. Git!

My dear geeky comrades, you've seen the teaser trailer. You've seen the trailer trailer and read the frame-by-frame breakdown of it. You've read all about JJ Abrams' upcoming Star Trek prequel (probably more than you'd publicly admit) (it's okay, we're all friends here), and heard tell of the Leonard Nimoy cameo therein. You may have also gleaned that William Shatner was a bit peeved about not getting a similar cameo in the film -- a rumor apparently squashed by this video of Shatner addressing the issue directly back in September.

But not so fast, Lieutenant Commander Dorkus.

Because the following EXCLUSIVE video response from Shatner? Well, this here is some red-hot explosively-combustible powderkeggy Classic Hollywood Catfight AWESOMENESS. Brace yourselves:

You hear that, Abrams? Do ya? Yeah, that's right, mister. Don't mess with the Priceline Negotiator, or you'll get the sweaty, fist-poundy horns. (Plus a really good deal on a 6-day 7-night hotel stay in Boca.)

Please don't hurt me.
