Jennifer Garner Has Another Baby Girl
Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck welcomed their second child yesterday, a baby girl. Which I think is awesome news, personally, not least because you know that they'll give this child an ordinary but perfectly lovely name, and not something dipshitty like Pocahontas Harlem or Cinderella Williamsburg or some such.
According to People.com, Jennifer's rep said yesterday: "Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck gave birth to a healthy baby girl." The baby was born Tuesday in Los Angeles. No other details - like, say, a name - were available.
Personally, I hope that they go for another floral name, to go with Violet. Rose? Lily? Iris? You know, for the bouquet effect. Whatever, though: so long as they avoid Disney characters or the names of neighborhoods in any of the five New York boroughs, they're off to a good start.

Congrats to them! As the mom to a Violet, I'm curious to see what they will name baby sister.

What? I didn't even know she was pregnant!! I feel that you guys should have some sortof monthly who's pregnant and who's not rundown...
I'm thrilled for her - it really seems like they have a happy, normal, family.

I know two girls who are named Laurel and Heather...I always loved that. Not obviously, "oh, look - we named our kids after flowers!" (like if they did Buttercup and Thistle or something) but still just another special connection.
I love Bennifer v2.0...congrats to them!
