Britney Spears' Ex Adnan Ghalib Ordered to Stay Away for Three Years
Those hoping for a reunion between Britney and Adnan will have to wait a tad bit longer.
Britney's ex was forbidden to have any communication with her or get within 100 yards of her for the next three years, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Aviva K. Bobb ruled yesterday. Guess he will no longer be part of the paparazzi following her.
The orders also prevent Adnan from contacting Britney directly or indirectly through phone, mail or e-mail, as well as forbid him to claim that he represents her interests. Others protected by the order include Britney's parents, siblings and her children.
This is the restraining order that was requested in January by Britney's dad. You may also remember that Adnan attempted to evade service by RUNNING THE PROCESS SERVER OVER WITH HIS CAR. He got charged with assault for that. Adnan did not attend the hearing or attempt to contest the restraining order in any way. Other than the car running over thing, that is. The order will be valid until March 2012. The Judge also extended a temporary stay away order against the singer's former self-styled manager, Sam Lutfi, until April 1.
It seems that the car running over thing didn't work so well since the restraining order was granted and now he is looking at felony charges. Maybe he should have attempted the tried and true method of hiding at a friend's house. Not the sharpest knife in the drawer is he?

I didn't realize an order like that could last 3 years. That is great. He sounds like a total jackass.

All I have to say is GOOD and I hope it gets extended even further.
