Shirtless Vampire Thursday

Okay, so I've devoted TWO Thursday afternoon posts already to shirtless True Blood promo photos. It's clearly time to change things up a little. Develop some new hobbies, outside interests.

Baby steps, people. It's a process.

A whole slew of shirtless kissy-kissy photos from the set of New Moon have been...released? Leaked? Willed into existence by devotees of Cullenism? Who knows.

The weird dots, which I assume have something to do with the post-production vamparkles, are a little distracting, and not the good kind of distraction like in that photo of Salma Hayek a couple posts down, but.

Still.

I absolutely agree. Totally airbrushed abs! He has NO pecs. NOBODY can have THAT undefined of a chest and have THOSE abs! NO. BO-DY!

Well, except he does have pecs. Pretty decent ones, actually. He just doesn't have the "lip" or "ridge" at the bottom of the pec that most people use as their marker for definition. (Those are obtained by down a lot of decline chest presses - in fact, there are a ton of different variations on chest presses that hit different parts of the same muscle.)

Yes, obviously I know a bit too much about weight-training.

Huh. I'll have to take your word for it, because I just don't see it...or them, rather (pecs, that is). Particularly in the first pic, his chest looks flat and almost droopy, IMO.

I am aware of how pecs are created, having once-upon-a-time been quite gung-ho for weightlifting, and being married to a lovely man with a good set of pecs. ;)
