Kid Rock and Kellie Pickler Dating... Who'da Thunk It?

Well I wouldn't have imagined this celebrity coupling ever existed but apparently it's been well known in the Nashville circles (which I'm obviously not privy too) that Kid Rock and Kellie Pickler have been dating for well over a year. I'll let that one sink in while I finish this here grit sandwich.

Okay, I guess it's not that odd a match-up considering that Kid Rock dabbles in country music and both Kellie and Kid have enough CMT awards to hold up the encyclopaedia set I'm sure Kellie received free from the Britannia folks after her wonderful performance on "Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?" (remember "I thought Europe was a country?")

Also Kid Rock was married to Pam Anderson who like Kellie, is both blonde and vocal about her role with PETA -- Kellie was voted one of the Sexiest Vegetarian Celebrities of 2009 by the group.

So I guess the only really surprising thing about this celebrity matching is the fact that they have been stealth about it for over a year which in gossip circles is impressive. A publicist who really cared about his or her clients would have leaked this after the two had been introduced to each other. Isn't that their job?

Hey, word to Kid Rock -- don't go throwing fightin' words towards Kellie's ex NHL player Jordin Tootoo because trust me Kid, he is no wussy Tommy Lee and Jason could kick your butt with both hands tied behind his back.

I have to admit, this isn't as shocking as it could be. He's sort of a hick, a back-woods Michigan hick. She is a stupid southern hick. Together they will be unstoppable.
