Posh Spice aka Victoria Beckham to Replace Paula Abdul on American Idol
Since Paula Abdul is leaving American Idol there is a gaping hole where the crazy should go. Who will step up to fill the void? Fear not, Idol fans, Victoria Beckham will be temporarily replacing Abdul.
Even though I have concerns that Beckham is far to sane to really replace Paula Abdul in our hearts she does have that I won't smile or eat on camera thing going so you know she isn't 100%.
Confession: I hated the Spice Girls, but I kind of fell in love with VBeck when she did that show Victoria Beckham Coming to America.
I kind of think she is major.
Now, that being said, wouldn't you think the Idol producers would prefer a judge that was actually a great singer?
Never mind. Stupid question.

While I love Victoria Beckham, she did state after the horrid Spice Girls' reunion tour, that she was no longer interested in singing-- that she was a fashion designer. Now this? Is she in need of a pay check?

I never likes Paula and I am quaking with excitement over the idea of Victoria. She is exactly what she's have to be to eek out a career on razor thin musical talent: smart and funny(and I say that without irony).
She had a bunch of dance hits in the UK after the Spice Girls... and she spawns with one of the hottest men on earth. I can't WAIT to see her on Idol!!!

Wasn't her show initially supposed to be a longer series but shortened because of lack of material or bad ratings? I have no clue why because she seems FAB! I wish I had watched this before!
