Jennifer Lopez has filed a lawsuit to stop first husband (was that 4 husbands ago? 5? I've lost count) Ojani Noa, from releasing a sex tape they made on their honeymoon. The lawsuit is for $10 million and claims he violated a confidentiality agreement.
The guy accused of extorting David Letterman, Robert Joel "Joe" Halderman, is asking for the charges to dismissed. His big excuse, "there was no extortion. This was a commercial transaction, nothing more. [Letterman's] celebrity is why we are here today," his lawyer, Gerald Shargel, said.

He was granted custody when Sunny's mom, former adult film actress Janine Lindemulder, was imprisoned for tax evasion earlier this year. She's out, and wants visitation.

Two paparazzi have been temporarily ordered to stay 100 yards away from Nicole Richie and her children. As a mom, I cannot imagine having to get a restraining order to protect my children, who are babies. One of which is 6 weeks old, and the other is 21 months.
